Images from 3/26 Class

This image was the inspiration for the shoot - understanding that some of this was photoshop & makeup.  Once I started shooting - realized that the "white" light was not really going to work and for the model Wednesday - we didnt need it.  Hindsight : When I ditched the white - I should have brought in a 3rd color like yellow or gold to mix with the red and blue.

These are shots I made to practice the various lighting techniques.  I do have a tendency to lean toward creating black and white images - but I'm working on it.  Please feel free to give your feedback - tell me what I can do to make better images!!!   Thank you...

I brought a $30 neewer softbox and cowboy flash off amazon- the background we already had for video interviews.  The difficult part for me right now is taking what's in my head and using the light to make it happen - but I assume practice and more practice....
